But the camp was cool! It was just the writing of the previous new who seasons that sucked, I'd blame Russel T, but some of the other writers were worse.

I'm mostly looking at Torchwood and that bullshit Titanic episode here.

Even the later Torchwoods weren't that good. They were better than the first, but they were still trying too hard to be edgy. It just didn't work. Doctor Who isn't exactly a kid's show, but it'd still be like if they made a spin off of Duck Tales with sex and swearing and shit.
