Everybody seems to think The Polar Express is creepy, for instance. I first saw it at 10-11 and never did think it was. Of course, I have Asperger's (which is said to sort-of disable the ability to pick up the "off" cues), so that plays a part.

I didn't think Polar Express was creepy either.  

I have a strange way of dealing with "creepy" things. When I see something people consider creepy, that's exactly what goes through my head: "This thing is something considered creepy." They never bother me that much (except for clowns, certain dolls, and when the creepy factor is turned way up) and I usually end up liking them.
