    I put schoolwork in folders so I don't lose it.

    Pretty much everything else just gets thrown into My Pictures, My Videos, Downloads, or _Completed (for torrents), and I might occasionally folderize stuff when I feel it's necessary (actually, recently I've started making folders in My Videos for each series I have, but I don't always remember to use them).
