My family still can't get my brother evicted/committed.

Look, cops and government of San Antonio Texas, this man has directly threatened to kill his entire family, me included.

Why the fuck can't we kick him out/get him committed to an asylum?!

For the record, do you mean they haven't been able to make it happen, or they haven't tried/don't take him seriously enough to do so? I would suspect the latter, but you refer to the government, so I am wondering because it also seemed like your parents didn't consider it to be a good option, if I recall correctly (chances are I don't).
  • They are trying to get him kicked out, and have BEEN TRYINGto for the past month.

But the government has been in the way the whole time.

*sorry, I don't like people insulting my family.

I wasn't trying to insult your family (this time; I'll admit that I've spoken poorly of them in the past, though you already knew that). In fact, I don't really see where I did. My apologies if I phrased that statement poorly. But you don't usually discuss your brother, so I have a tougher time keeping the details about that situation straight. I probably entirely missed the part where you said they were trying to kick him out, too.
  • Err. What? Just file a trespassing charge with the police.

Call 911. Have a cop escort/arrest him and take him off the property.
  • We're getting him kicked out right now.

My dad did this little thing where my brother had 30 days to either get in school or start paying rent to my grandfather--if he doesn't do either, it's out the house for him. This is what they had to do to get him out. Not many other options exist.

We called the cops, they said that some bullshit law meant that they can't take him off.
  • ~♥YES♥~! I *AM* a ~♥cupcake♥~! ^_^
your brother probably isn't the only one who needs help...
  • Really? We can do that here. (although that's usually last resort)

I've never heard of any law against kicking people out.  Around here, whoever owns the house can decide whether or not you get to live in it.

Personally though, I think a well-orchestrated murder is what's called for here.  You know this guy is just going to be a parasite and ruin somebody else's life later on.

NO.  THIS FORUM WILL NOT BE USED TO CONSPIRE TO ANY CRIME.  Heard me clearly?
  • More importantly, murdering because of that is just crazy. You don't have to kill him, you have to evict him. Get a lawyer or consult with an expert or something.

    Yes, I heard you!

So I don't accidentally cross the line again though, I'd like to know what counts as "conspiring to a crime." Most definitions I've heard involve an element of planning with intent to execute, but you seem to have a different one.

  • Frame him for a murder you commited!
