PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTAYBITCHPlenty of places exist for meaningless bitching, this being one of them. Nothing wrong with TV Tropes not being one of them, which apparently everyone fails to realise.
There's also plenty of places for meaningless gushing, too. Why should I have to read 5 paragraphs about how Homestuck is mankind's greatest accomplishment? Why should the YMMV pages be littered with mindless "Crowning Moment" entries?
OK, even I think that's ridiculous.
And I don't support endless gushing either, Sugar Wiki isn't a lot better than Darth Wiki and neither really has a place on the site as I see it.
There are some overzealous fucks on our side that seems to think anything that isn't gushing is bile. They mostly hang out in Wiki talk and Trope Repair Shop.

Um, yes there is. When I want to complain to a certain audience, I want to complain to that audience and not some other one on some other site.
Limiting where you can complain is like saying you can't have free speech in certain areas. It's a bunch of oppressive bullshit.
It's been the basis of almost every Western nation for the past 200 years that the people can express their views freely, and this should apply to private organizations as well.
Edit: Ninja'd. Too bad, it doesn't apply to private organisations.
Welp, time to find a way to change this then.
Stupidest fucking thing you've ever said. You are willing to fight for the right to revise the rights of public property/organizations so you can bitch about something stupid they don't want you to?
You won't convince them to see things you way. All you can do is leave. The site is nothing without its editors.
