    Nope.

    Well... most of it does, though.  Especially when people try to make anything other than characters dancing or playing music.

    It's from a game titled Miko Miko Nurse.

    It's a hentai game.  About a hospital, where the owners are currently debating the extremely important issue of whether their nurses should wear nun outfits or miko outfits.
