I don't know an Engrish generator.

I wish I knew a site that could take normal English and turn it into the Engrish we all know is popular in anime. I don't mean changing the word order or grammar, just flat-out altering the spelling to Japanese phonology. Like how "bird" would become "baido", or how "breaker" would become "bureka".

Hunh, I remember trying to search for one and coming up empty.
  • Everyone just uses Google Translate.
  • When in Turkey, ROCK THE FUCK OUT
Well, for bad grammar you could go to Translation Party and see what pops up.
  • But I'm more interested in the screwed-up pronounciation and spelling than the messed-up grammar.
  • I know.

Engrish may have a generator, do you want it to do, but it is in the search, it is buried in the other pages on Google.

Just do it yourself.  It's pretty easy, at least for English words.

Also it's bādo (or baado), not baido.  And also, burēka (or bureeka), not bureka, but that's not really a major thing.

I *know* I've seen one of these before, but I can't find it. It translates your chosen language back and forth a whole bunch of times until changes stop occurring, and you're left with engrish.
  • Apparently nobody except me actually read the OP, because that's not what he's looking for.

He just wants to turn individual words into how they'd be pronounced by a native Japanese speaker.

Which is why I said it's easy to do on your own, since it is.

    Oh, oh well.
