Silly, DYRE, the boobs are what make it awesome!

Also, the 3DS's games can be region locked. A developer can choose to not make them region locked, however, so any 3DS will play them.

BUT I DON'T LIKE BOOBS!  It's a shame too because other than that, the character designs are pretty cool.

But anyway, then... hope that this game isn't region locked and then import it?  It'll be a lot more expensive that way though, and of course you won't be able to read any of the text but somehow I doubt the game has much of an interesting story anyway...
