If you are looking forward to a ship-to-ship battle with me, GMH, I have to disappoint you. I don't think that shipping is serious business and have no problem accepting ships, that I don't support.

Except Sakura/Syaoran in CCS. I hate that little bastard (I mean Syaoran, of course).

I like shipping. Perhaps a little too much. But I don't get into flamewars or any such silly drama as a result of it. Though that's slightly because I keep my preferences to myself, especially on account of them being in favor of unpopular characters.

Out of all of the Valentines, I am not sure which one I would want to be with.

Faye Valentine is kind of an ass and likes to rip you off and steal shit.
Mai Valentine would be hovering the fact that she has bigger tits than me over my head constantly, and she's a total beauty queen.
Vincent Valentine is a bit morbid and enigmatic for my tastes. It's nice but when it comes to living with somebody like that, I don't think we would be happy.

Every time, I read /mai/, I have to think of Mai Shiranui. I initially thought it's a board dedicated to her.

But I'm sure that someone claims her as waifu, so it still fits.

Also I read "so it still fits" as "so it still tits" which while not really grammatically correct, is certainly appropriate.

Personally, I'd claim her as a pillow. While my PSL for her is rather... low and I don't have much interest in her boobies (wasn't always the case, but after Litchi Faye-Ling, who is just as fanservicey, but much more sympathetic, Mai appears pretty stale), I'm sure that they would be pretty comfy.

When I read "Mai" I think of Mai Tokiha and then Mai Kuraki.

Another small thing that bugs me is that these guys use "mai". For absolutely no reason. Why aren't they using "my"? "Mai" isn't important to the phrase, being a possessive first-person pronoun. It's the object, "waifu" that matters. Therefore, there's no reason to use "mai" instead if "my" besides Gratuitious Japanese.
