Fucking laws mean sites have to restrict my access to content that might be pornographic. Fuck you puritans and your fucking bible.

    (void)
    «restrict your access»

    I'm sorry, but I'm 20 and I don't like porn much but even I know it's just a single plausible-deniability clickthrough.
  • Hey, did you know I used to think my birthday was September 14, 1985? Yep, I thought that all the way up till August 10, 2008, when I realized my birthday was August 10, 1990. It's the strangest thing.
  • And even then a lot of websites don't even bother with that.

Unless you're talking about actually buying porn, in which case... why?
  • No, something to do with Doujinstyle that I'm too fucking lazy to explain.
  • OOOooooOoOoOOoo, I'm a ghoOooOooOOOost!
If it makes  you feel better, the state of Alabama didn't give me any new rights except viewing porn when I turned 18.
  • INUH: Not voting?
  • OOOooooOoOoOOoo, I'm a ghoOooOooOOOost!
    ...

Holy crap, how did I miss that.

    I'll...just be over there.
  • Also probably tobacco.
  • ☭Unstoppable Sex Goddess☭
And the right to be sent to jail instead of JDC.

The stupidest thing about this kind of law in the US (to me, at least) is that the age for viewing porn is often higher than the age of consent. In many states, it's legal for a 16 or 17 year old to go out and have sex, but not to purchase/view pictures or video of adults having sex.
  • No rainbow star
^ It's because they forget that they can have sex
  • Poot dispenser here
    ^Not necessarily.
  • But you never had any to begin with.
^^^ Same applies to the UK. Age of consent: 16. Age to buy porn: 18.
  • That actually seems alright to me. Porn can often cover a lot more bases than "people having sex". Looking at porn before reaching the age of consent could give a lot of people the wrong idea. Although kids look at porn anyway, so it's moot.
