The lack of proper italics for Lucida Sans Unicode

edited 2011-01-12 23:14:22 in General
This may just be a problem with my particular computer, but, while I can see a proper italic version of Lucida Sans, I apparently don't have an italic version of Lucida Sans Unicode. A lot of sites, including this one, specify (understandably) Lucida Sans Unicode rather than Lucida Sans, meaning that anything italicized is in those fake just-skewed-the-regular-version italics that look like ass.

In case you haven't guessed from all the times I've bitched about it in the past, fake italics are kind of a pet peeve of mine.
