    If you have exactly 3 black creatures in your graveyard, you can cast this creature without paying it's mana cost.

        * Remove 1 black creature in your graveyard from the game. destroy target permanent.

    That seems like it would be pretty broken. Three free Vindicates? The condition is a bit difficult to meet, admittedly.

    dump a bunch of black creatures into your graveyard with self-milling or hand cleaning, and then you can destroy whatever you like until you run out.
