I blame the capitalisation.  It threw me off.

It's a pun, and a reference to South of the Border. The greatest place in existence.

It's better without the spacing and punctuation, I think.

Mainly because "My fireworks, does yours?" doesn't make sense--it'd have to be "My fire works, does yours?" and that'd pretty much kill the joke.
