is there's any universe where (Badass) Normals that did eat people sharing the world with any Superpowered Beings?

cuz there's nothing can prevent any Cannibal to be a Badass Normal, at least theoretically

I start with this example: Warhammer 40k Universe(where Imperial Guardsmen that eats Corpse Starch definitely counts as Badass Normals that engage in Cannibalism(at least technically) in a superpowered world)

There's a lot of cannibalism in the Warcraft universe, notably including the playable troll race (until they gave up on that anyways) and the playable undead, if zombies count. There's of course superpowered beings, too.
