Cars sold without a front plate bracket...
...in states that require both plates.
It's such an obvious attempt to trick people by letting them drive off with just the temporary plate, then coming back and having to pay to have the front bracket installed later when they realize they can't mount the permanent one.
Just give us the damn bracket the first time!
