    Some U.S. Americans gripe about its legacy, and a few unilaterally change it to something honoring native peoples and cultures.  More learn about some Italian dude's Spain-funded voyage to that place that Fidel Castro is from Miami Beach.  But everyone generally agrees that it's a convenient day off, either for themselves, or for those other darn people who get to enjoy it because they're not working some high-paying job that takes the day off.


     


    So what do you do on that late November Thursday?

    a little muffled
    Some places have started doing Black Friday sales in recent years but it's not as big a deal as it is in the States.
