Dear American Media: STOP GIVING ATTENTION TO MASS MURDERERS.
Seriously, your plastering the names and faces of these killers all over the place is one of the largest contributing factors to why these things keep happening. Everyone remembers the murderer, and they end up getting their 15 minutes of fame, while the actual victims of the crime are all but forgotten.
Stop giving these people attention. They do not deserve to be glorified. Start paying attention to the victims and focus on how awful the crime is instead of giving so many goddamned reports on who the killer was and what their personal life was like.
