If you use an @yahoo.com email or any related Yahoo services, they have blocked us also due to "user complaints"

So...if you park there at 7 AM...


Do you have to leave by 9, since the restriction went into effect at 8 and you've already had your two hours?


Or can you stay till 10 because the restriction wasn't in effect for the first hour you were there and so it "doesn't count"?


THESE ARE THE SERIOUS ISSUES OF OUR TIME.

    I would think the clock starts at 8 AM, so you can stay 'til 10 AM.


    Are there specifically-written laws pertaining to this?  Or court cases that offer jurisprudence?
