b) A Russian Roulette game where bullets are replaced with treenuts where the company behind said product that has already absolved itself of any responsibility towards your allergic reaction with tiny print usually on the back of the flap that you'll cut open anyways. That warning also only reads "Made in a factory that also works with treenuts.", because when PR and liability lawyers come together they can be so well put together that a warning from them reads like an interesting fact.
Now these warnings are on almost all dairy products now (At least here), so it's really not hard to imagine biting into a Magnum Ice Cream (Which you picked specifically because it has no nuts) and going into full on anaphylactic shock.
