Huh, I've never heard of Spencer's Gifts, but a quick Google search reveals two in the area: one at Eastland Mall and one at Polaris Fashion Place (though the latter is stretching the definition of "the area" for me).

Hasbro already owns the license to it, after all, since they own the My Little Pony brand.  So, either Hasbro would make those shirts, or some other company would get a license to make those shirts.

^^^There are sites that makes custom shirts. Some user designs match that description.

I wouldn't buy them just because it's more expensive and I'd rather hold out for an "official" shirt.

BTW, I found out that Hot Topic recently started stocking MLP shirts, but they have ponies from earlier generations. Way to fail, Hot Topic.

Or you can get them custom-made at someplace like CafePress or whatever.  You can even get them to make a custom shirt that shows something like a demotivator poster with a picture of one of the ponies.
