Okay, I know that's not its intended use, but why do we have a trope that's almost literally No True Scotsman: The Trope?

    What do you mean by this? I mean, from what I see on this page, it's a pretty valid trope.

  • ^See Badass In Distress.  For example, Princess Leia is not a Faux Action Girl.  I would argue she basically allowed herself to be captured in order to buy time for R2D2.
