After Rotom, nothing should surprise you anymore.

Rotom's the Rareware school of character design: stick eyes and arms on random household objects and call it a character. At least Rotom doesn't have a toilet form.
They are giant speakers. It has an attack that produces a sonic blast.
Noise + Wyvern = Noivern.
In the meantime, I'm watching Symphogear, which means "noise" has less-than-positive connotations.
It also sounds like "Nyvern" but pronounced by an Australian.
