Obviously, I'd wait for confirmation from GMH or Longfellow before doing anything that would have been against the rules before, but since we're on our own server, Vanillaforums' TOS won't apply to us. And I'm assuming the software itself doesn't have a TOS (well, it has some license to describe how you can copy and distribute and modify the software, I guess, but that's not what I mean), because that would be tremendously silly.

I don't know how to change that currently. UE would need to chime in about what the terms of service on this server are, since it's his friend's server.

I'm pretty sure it's just by law that you can't let people under age 13 use internet forums, and this has been the case for years.
