Quick Google search suggests that it's plotted out like American professional wrestling.
unfortunately, in the last ten years, Mexican wrestling started borrowing heavily from American wrestling. Your best bet for pure pro wrestling is in Japan.
I've heard of a quote once: "Pro Wrestling: In Mexico, its a religion. In Japan, its a Sport. In America, it's a joke." My paraphrasing. I need to find out where it came from.
