    I keep getting the short end of the stick on these storms. We get enough snow/ice/whatever to making getting anywhere a pain, but not enough for schools and businesses to actually shut down so I don't have to deal with it. >_<

    IIRC some weather services do this for winter storms but the NOAA refuses to do so.
