It's what you get when you combine comic book supervillains with their real life counterparts, naturally.
The depressing thing? Realising that if the comic book supervillains were actually the ones threatening real life, the world wouldn't be such a bad place.
Personally, I'd be rather interested in seeing what the guy's original drawings for George Dubya and Mark Zuckerberg (spoilered for until after you check out the link) actually looked like.
