It's quite simple, really. You just take a bucket of paint, and, depending on your preferences, either freeze or mold it into the desired shape or just start going at it straight out of the bucket. If you need any further assistance on the matter, check out this tutorial.

That reminds me of a kit I heard about when I was younger. It let kids make cast of fingers and the like. I suppose could fashion a male part of a particular color. I think making a certain female part would very difficult.
