Having to watch lengthy presentation videos
They're long and time-consuming, they're relatively information-sparse, they're not skimmable, and it's hard to find something else to do during the time such that I can still pay attention to what they speaker(s) is/are saying.

I realized I could play Spelunky. I've done it so much it's almost second-nature to me, and I coincidentially have its sound volume turned to zero.
