I played the Analogue demo, and was disappointed when the obvious romance crap started kicking in. Frankly, I thought untangling the North Korea spaceship massacre and my own dubious role in things was more compelling than the half-assed transhumanist bullshit.
That, and as much as the plot revolves around a nightmarishly misogynist and exploitative culture onboard the ship, turning that into a dating sim representing only slightly less misogynist and exploitative tendencies was...yeah.
