Another property of the same model: http://www.homesdatabase.com/homes-for-sale/VA/FAIRFAX/22033/3920-PENDERVIEW-DR-303-75222108/popup
That other property's photos: http://slideshow.mris.com/slideshow/slideshow.htm?ListingKey=97639325342
Both properties are on the first floor. They are condominium units. Owners may be able to modify their interior to some extent.
So, do the photos of that first property look right/legit/kosher/etc., or do they look like some of the photos are from a different property?

I... honestly can't tell. I mean, I don't know about any outside photos, but both houses appear to have the same type of walls, the same type of carpet in the carpeted rooms, the same type of linoleum flooring in the rooms with linoleum floors, the same types of wooden floors in rooms with wooden floors, and the same type of wooden cupboards in the kitchens.
There are some differences in the houses; the second house appears to have much less carpet than the first house, for example, and the first house has a type of black marbled counter in the kitchen while the second house has a white wood-type counter.
As far as I can tell, they are similar houses, but not at all identical, probably due to renovations done by various tenants.
The answer's no.
Now, I can excuse things like the presence/absence of furniture and window dressings, but...
Picture 1: This might be more correct if it were mirror-imaged.
Picture 2: The countertops are a different color. The kitchen counter does not curve around. The stove is electric.
Picture 5: The hardwood or laminate flooring is a different color. There is no hot air outlet on the floor.
Picture 6: The sink is located in a different place, the faucet and countertop and cabinetry are different, the doorknob is different (basic bell-shaped knob), the door style is different (flat board), and there's a towel rack above the toilet.
Picture 7: The floor is hardwood or laminate flooring, not carpet.
Picture 14: The main community pool does not look like that. That said, there are other pools that also serve this community, so this may be one of the others.
