Doesn't Malaysia have a considerable muslim population? Not to be insensitive, but there may be an intensive desire to have a guilty verdict there.
They're wanted for crimes against humanity in several countries. Bush actually couldn't go vacation in sweden (or was it Switzerland?) because of it.

So basically, this means nothing except that neither of them will be able to vacation in Malaysia. Doesn't really amount to much, except as a statement by the Malaysian courts.
