    I know nothing about him but find it mildly funny to imagine characters worshipping "the Based God." And having that term not refer to Lil' B but rather some variation on the typical Judeo-Christian God. The whole joke would be that no one else but the people mentioning Based God would have any idea what "Based" means in this context. And the audience would never find out either.

    I know CountryBumpkin's probably going to pipe up on this on some point, but I really don't think there's anything to "get" with Lil' B. He makes decent-not-very-good rap songs at a ridiculously high volume and uses his voluminous Internet presence to market them, and his fans lap it up for completely contrived reasons while the less-hip just stare on in confusion.
