Getting stupidly attached to fictional characters

So I just finished playing the Morenatsu demo and now that the story route I took is over I feel all sad. I kinda feel like a reeeally geeky otaku for feeling so attached to a bunch of visual novel characters. :c

    This happens to me far too often and sometimes with characters I rightly despise, like Damien in Morrison's Batman run.

    This doesn't happen to me very often. 


    I mean, it does. But I'm kind of picky when it comes to this kind of thing -- I'll have just a few characters I feel continuously invested in, even after the work ends or I move on from it.

    Same reason the Thor-Loki relationship really struck me, actually.
