Hm... probably not. I haven't watched the show, but it seems like it's less a case of Jubei Yagyu being a high school girl and more a high school girl who has Jubei Yagyu's powers.
And technically, I'm not sure you can really make a moe gijinka of something that's already a human anyway, and it'd just be more like a moe... reimagining of a character, or something... but that hasn't exactly mattered in this thread I guess.
Gijinka is usually a bit more clever, so that gets a pass.
