Kirby

Definitely not gay.

When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.

-1 Corinthians 13:11

The above quote has nothing to do with the Kirby series, and is indeed ironic, considering that I am going to gush about a game designed for 6-year-olds.

Kirby is one of my favorite video game series ever. The gameplay's solid, the level construction is OK, the soundtrack is wonderful...I can go on and on about why Kirby is great.

I think this track sums up the feeling of Kirby perfectly.

Kirby's Epic is my favorite yarn-themed game ever and I will smite anyone who dares say otherwise.

    You can change. You can.

in a funny way, Jack Kirby does tie into what the OP says about the quote above.

  • I'm a damn twisted person

Man Kirby's faces always do look a little odd somehow.

  • Definitely not gay.

    ^^ How so?

  • You can change. You can.

Because Kirby and Lee's work was stereotypically childish in many ways and yet it pretty much revolutionized the form.

Hell, the Avengers #1 issue is basically "You guys, the Hulk could totally beat Thor!"
