How searching some things will only give certain measurements, but not the ones you need

For example, I'm trying to figure out the dimensions of a 250 ml flask

Should be simple, except EVERY SINGLE SITE GIVES THE GOD DAMN DIMENSIONS AS 250 ml INSTEAD OF, SAY, "A DIAMETER OF x cm"!

EDIT: Finally find it right after ranting >.> Still annoying though

Comments

  • Because 250 ml can come in any number of shapes.  Like, even if we somehow already knew you were talking a cylindrical flask, you can get 250 ml volume from pretty much any diameter, and just from my 2-3 chem classes I can think of several chemistry apparati that would necessitate wider or narrower flasks.

Googling "dimensions of 250 ml erlenmeyer flask" pulls up this page, which lists overall dimensions under the Specifications tab.

Note that it might be different by brand or something.

...Maybe I should change my thread to, "How changing the order of one or two words causes Google to bring up completely different results"
