What I've heard is that it's the best workout someone who doesn't want to work out will get.
Why won't the weather cool down so I can expand my bike route? Maybe I should try in the morning. Issue with that is that I can sleep through an alarm loud enough to literally wake up everyone else (or more accurately, stay asleep and sleepwalk, turning it off as I do so x.x)
