Your information is not right.
Besides, considering the horrible nature of the internet, where being an asshole earns you a lot of respect, SA, along with 4chan, is most likely the most respectable thing in it.
It's the caring what SA thinks part that I'm arguing
I hope you are kidding. If not, then I weep for you.
I agree, however, that true criticism comes from within the self, and that TV Tropes shouldn't improve just because SA "doesn't approve". However, if a number of people are following a forum they don't even go on, and they see and point out the same problems over and over, they may be on to something. What they have to say about the forum could be valuable for a forumite to listen to.
Quite frankly, I don't care if it's Something Awful criticizing TV Tropes, or Neopets (pfah!), or the most respectable forum on the internet, or the president of the US, or my grandma, or TV Tropes itself. It doesn't make a difference to me. If multiple people have a criticism of a forum, and they bring up observations of the same sort of thing over and over, that may be sign that that forum needs improvement.
Also, if the dick thread does exist, which I doubt, it's probably in that shameful forum where if you post you get forums cancer or something, but I hear that forum doesn't exist anymore.
Definition for skeevy:
that tells me nothing
But seriously why are you being so adamant about this dicks thing? It was just a stupid joke topic by your admission anyway
If you can give me a good reason why you don't think it should be there, besides the fact that it is against the rules because it isn't, then fine.
I have principles. It isn't about the penis.

1i. Do not post pornographic content (images, text, videos, etc.) or
NSFW images in general on the forum. You may discuss "not safe for
work" (NSFW) topics and link to NSFW material, but it must be CLEARLY
marked.
1j. The mods reserve the right to reformat or outright remove
any images or other content deemed unacceptable, even if the thread
containing them is already marked 'NSFW'.
Here are the rules, by the way.
Are you incapable of respecting the webmaster's desire to not want a gallery of people's cocks on their website?
And I told you Anne, it isn't about the penis.
What was it about, then? Enlighten me.
