    I swear, everything out there in my life someone out there thinks is embarrassing. Anime is too Western and supports white supremacy and the Japanese must be stopped and you should feel bad if you support it(I've heard many Asian American activists claim this). Anime is too Eastern and you're sill if you're not Japanese and you enjoy it. Or Anime is inferior trash and you have bad taste if you watch it instead of only Western animation. Or Western animation is all trash comparable to Fairly Oddparents, and you should watch superior Nippon Anime. Same comparison can be brought to Video games in the East/West dichotomy. Or watching cartoons at all can get you considered childish. Or playing video games makes you childish. Listening to Martial Industrial, Neofolk, Extreme Metal, and Skinhead music makes you a White Supremacist(despite the fact the latter originates in Jamaica). Childish if you like... skateboarding? A sport and physical exercise. You're a "liberal hipster jerk" if you like alternative rock. You're a geek if you study. You're an idiot if you don't. You're a loser if you're not having sex. You're a slut if you are. Is there ANY form of activity on the planet you can engage in without some form of stigma? Hardly.

    I, for one, am grateful I have found another piece of American animation I duly enjoy. To heck with what fools who think badly on watching it think. If someone wouldn't like me for being a My Little Pony fan, their opinion doesn't matter at all. Everyone here already knows all to well that I care far too much what others think(aided by intrusive thoughts), but if I let other people's opinions affect me up to this point, I'd never have anything I like.

    Hmmmmmm, since we're on the topic of memes, amusingly knowyourmeme has the whole show listed as a meme. Oh what Richard Dawkins would say...

    Since bestiality is defined as sex between humans and non-human animals, and all species of non-sentient mammals are non-human animals, I would say there are none.

    I agree that has become more of an issue in pop culture than it used to be.  Do something honorable or consistant, and they question your values.  Do something creative or spontaneous and they call you inconsistant.  Give to charity and people will say you have an alterior motive.  Make money to support your family and the families of your employees and people accuse you of being a heartless capitolist bastard.  There are going to be a few people who will hate anything, and there's nothing you can do about it.  Each political group has a lifestyle they want everyone else to live.

    At some point you have to say, as Cartman would put it, "screw you guys", or as Bender would put it, "The secret is to stop giving a rat's ass about anyone else", or as you yourself put it, "To heck with what fools who think badly on watching it think."

    Maybe turn the politically correct system on its head and call it by a different name.  Say you like Jamaican music, foreign films, etc.  Or keep it to yourself, except when discussing it with others who like it, or are willing to overlook it.
