People aren't their avatars.
Anonus isn't a praying mantis, Central Avenue isn't Disney!Alice, and Longfellow isn't supermariokartawardwinning!Mario.

OR AM I?
Well fine, then.

Also, I'd totally love to be a happy cow instead of a plain unremarkable person. A TALKING TYPING COW.

I think I might be able to understand your annoyance here. This problem is part of the reason why I try to view people as genderless bots.
I also try to choose avatars that I believe represent me well so I think I can kind of sidestep this issue a bit. I guess a side-effect of that is how I tend to identify with Tsukiyo Oba quite a bit now that I have used that character in my avatars a few times. Sorry, this is probably just pointless rambling.
So I kept it. Though I'm sincerely glad that I'm not a 1 year old female kitty. I'd like to OWN such a kitty, however.
I like to make vague character judgments based upon the avatars people choose. I cannot extrapolate a whole lot, but I can figure out a bit.
I think I might be able to explain this thread. This thread was not created with an intent of seriousness.
That said, serious answer is perfectly legal. And often interesting.
I do try to choose avatars that might reflect my personality or mood in some way. Sometimes this works out; other times not so much. Oh well.
Vorpy is Marisa/Luka Megurine, but I am still the insane crazy girl.
It bugs me that people keep calling me Vorpy on here, when we are totally different people.
