  Kantai Collection. And I think the more clearly visible ones correspond to which countries the people in the first photo represent.
  
  Might've worked better with Azur Lane instead since that seems to have more obvious country-specific themes for character designs, like how all the Japanese have animal ears. I am not sure why I know this.

  In jokes considered to be exceptionally bad. Personally, I feel mildly offended about guys pretending to be Jamaican while all they pick from rastafarian culture is ganja, and even then for wrong reasons.
