  The bottom mentions it's actually from a fansite, so the copyright claim might not have been from Nintendo themselves.

  I think that's LN art rather than a key visual. The coloring shading makes it obviously not from a promo for the anime.

  edit: in comparing anime promos and LN art, I've found that Fate/Apocrypha had a few pieces that were colored like the LN art despite being for anime-specific material. Like the blu-ray boxart.
