  I just visited the IRC channel #tropers on Espernet.  Used to be the main unofficial gathering place for TV Tropes folks though it ended up with its own community.  Used to be crazy active; #yackfest spun off of that and later mixed a bit with IJBM/HH folks.  I hadn't been to #tropers in years I think.

  Anyways, I have a picture of woman in armour that I do quite like:
  
  
  My point is, she doesn't look like somebody's fetishist fantasy, or yet another hot chick with a sword, or whatever. Once she puts the helmet on, all that matters is her role or duty, not what she is inside the armour. (Woah, I'm so deep right now.)
