  Funnily enough? Not a rapier nor a foil. That's a longsword, late medieval, or perhaps early Renaissance. The first tip is the length of the hilt; it's two-handed, but the sword is evidently balanced and weighted in such a way as to appropriate for one-handed use as well. That's a longsword trait. The blade itself might be a rapier blade, although perhaps a slightly broad one, but it's currently mounted in what are definitely longsword hilt pieces, which in essence makes the weapon a kind of hybrid longsword.

  It's actually complicated. They aren't a full member of the UN, but have the status of an observer state (the only other one is Vatican). The question of whether they are an officially recognized state now is ambigous.
