A 6 year old boy caught playing doctor is now charged with sexual assault
Comments
The new federal lawsuit contends the whole investigation was biased
because the girl's father is a "well-known political figure in Grant
County," and her aunt a regional social services supervisor.
This is just wrong. I bet if these people didn't have these jobs this never would have happened.
I find that weird. If it upset them that much, they could just stop letting them have play dates and it wouldn't happen again. From what they're doing now, it seems like they're just out for blood.
It really seems like some people don't know that problems can be solved without getting the law involved.
...*headdesk*
Also, we have no idea if the girl objected to what the boy did because the article doesn't mention it.
In the case of the eleven year old girls assaulting the boy, they deliberately did it to humiliate and traumatize him. Here, it appears that the 6 year old boy was using play as a way to explore what had happened to him the day prior, and did not have any idea that sticking your finger in somebody's butt was wrong. He, after all, had his butt explored by his doctor just a day prior.
