  True it's not exactly the same, because it doesn't look like the TV Tropes fora, but that would be my only complaint. It's not like potholing is difficult and I don't use sockpuppets.

  You didn't even have to use a real email if I recall correctly.
  
  It just means sock puppets aren't one time jokes, and requires thought, beyond the whole "make sockpuppets for everything anyone says ever" thing that people enjoyed.

  I like the well thought out roleplays; the ones I enjoyed doing the most were the ones that I spent an hour figuring out. I have one sockpuppet, [NAME WITHHELD] who was is  still quite popular, and even has a couple of standing threads in Yack Fest.

  Really? I always liked that one box-thing that did the "pitapata" sound effect. Though, in a strange sort of way I associate myself a bit with Fuura, even though she was a female character; so I actually was able to put a little bit of myself in there. I'll have to find another me-ish character.
