Yes. They all do. Without the copyright page, there is no plot. Without the author bio, there is no knowledge of the person who created the plot. Without the last page, there is no section of paper that it came with.

When I make my book/comic I should have no pages that don't advance the plot. The copyright will be important to the story.

I fail to see the point you are making.

Watchmen has all these diaries about the characters background that honestly don't matter to the basic plot, not to say that there's also the Tales of the Black Freighter which is only there as a subplot/comparison with the villains' plot and it's honestly unnoticeable till you reread the book.

Characterization and setting contributes to the plot atmosphere. Plot is not always a linear thing.
