Wikis suck
There, I said it. They're a poor source for information, and most are very atrociously maintained. And this is coming from someone who edited Wikia for almost 3 years before I was banned in May 2013.

Yes, it did, but most of the people here no longer go to TV Tropes, I don't think.
Logopedia in particular is kind of problematic. There's TV stations in small markets that have more comprehensive pages than the logos for well-known, long-established consumer brands, which just have blurry JPEGs of the most recent logo with no date attached.
^ I don't see how that's a problem -- if anything, it just means that someone's already done the harder part of the work.
