While we've appreciated her help with the moderation work, she was getting a bit too hot-headed in some discussions, including some mod actions.

This is a shame. I hope Cygan sticks around. One of the reasons I'm here is because I thought well of her from TVT.

Honestly, being a moderator isn't all it's cut out to be, since I've heard cases of moderators requesting to be "demoted" back to members because people look at you differently when you have that title. I think Cygan will be fine.

She won't come anymore. She stayed because she was a mod. Honestly, I don't like it, but whatever.

As I've mentioned before to certain mods, I don't think professionalism matters much in this matter. If a user isn't likeable, it doesn't mean you should act as if he necessarily deserves dignity.
