It's the one thing you hear most often in the song. In fact, most of the song is a chorus of "They paved paradise and put up a parking lot." It's the central motif of the song. And the song is called: Big Yellow Taxi.

    The video was "MEW ICHIGO FLAILS SPASMODICALLY WHILE I PLAY UNFITTING MUSIC".

    The scene was a scene from whichever episode has Chimera Elephant attacking Ichigo.  She flails for a second or so.  This tiny clip is extended the full length of the song "Big Yellow Taxi".
